Project Manager

The Project Manager is the key project driver for all 6th Ave Storytelling client deliverables. This person reports directly to a Strategic Brand Manager and is responsible for setting project timelines, assembling project teams, assigning tasks, tracking project budgets, and ensuring client deliverables are delivered on time and according to scope. This person is extremely organized and an excellent and efficient communicator.

Compensation

  • The minimum salary for this role is $40,000 / year. Salary scales with experience directly related to this role

  • Medical insurance for employee with premiums covered 100% by 6th Ave

  • Unlimited PTO

  • Paid parental leave

Location: Fort Worth, TX

Required Experience

  • 3+ Years professional experience

  • Proven project, team, and budget management experience

  • Experience working on a variety of projects, including branding, websites, photo, video, etc.

Key Responsibilities

Timelines and Tasks

  • Develops a detailed and actionable timeline for client deliverables according to the vision and plan set by the Strategic Brand Manager and Creative Director

  • Clearly communicates deliverable expectations and timelines to the team responsible for execution

  • Assigns tasks, manages team workflow, and tracks project progress using Asana

  • Holds the project team accountable (internal team and independent contractors) for meeting timelines and deliverable expectations

  • Attends client meetings with Strategic Brand Manager and is responsible for taking notes and developing action items

Coordination and Communication 

  • Coordinates and manages independent contractor team determined by the Creative Director throughout project execution, including copywriters, graphic designers, web developers, photographers, and videographers

  • Coordinates and communicates with clients in regards to meetings and photo shoots

  • Tracks and manages client events on Google Calendar

Budgets

  • Reviews independent contractor invoices to ensure accuracy

  • Tracks and maintains project budget set by Strategic Brand Manager
